I saw Dr. Simmons for Travel Medicine a few days ago. I showed up a little early and ended up getting in and out before my scheduled appointment. He was thorough and efficient. When I later had a problem with insurance he called me back after hours and worked to help me get the vaccinations I needed. While the HMC phone tree can be a little frustrating, Dr. Simmons provided great service and went above and beyond.
