Dr Eckel is the most caring Dr. he always takes whatever time the patient needs to understand. Dr eckel gained my family’s respect when he out of 13 other Doctors could not help us understand or get results. When you email, call, and leave a message they are always responded to by him personally, not an assistant call center or a partner. Even when results from labs come in close to midnight he has personally called that late if there was a problem with labs and I need to get to his ER ASAP. He would even call that late if results were great and he knew we were stressed and worried to ease myself and my wife’s minds.
