Connected with Dr. Kaas regarding my sleep apnea. He was quick to get me into the program for an Inspire implant and his team was exceptional in helping me navigate the over convoluted insurance process. He actually got involved himself when I was struggling with an issue and reached out. Explained the process completely and let me fire away as many questions as I needed to ask. Day of the procedure, again, explained what was happening and what I should expect. Again, very hands on with his patient. Post surgery, checked in on me and got me scheduled for my follow ups. Everything he told me was spot on and I had zero surprises. A great experience with the surgery, the team and especially, Dr. Kaas. Very easy to tell he gets great satisfaction in helping his patient, not because the insurance pays him but because he loves what he does. I felt like I was ion the right hands and honestly, never worried about a thing. HIGHLY recommend.
