I had a dental emergency. I was seen by Dr Hersh who accommodated me into his already busy schedule. I am not an easy patient, I know, because of my dental anxiety. I had a really different experience. Dr Hersh was very understanding of my anxiety. He has a way to put you at ease. He explained how the appointment would go. He is very thorough. He was able to get me numb, where other dentists have had trouble. The greatest part, he sang while he works. I felt so relaxed with my own private concert. It really took my mind off things. I couldn't believe it when he said he was done. I didn't feel a thing. Best of all...he took time out of his personal life to check on me that night after hours.
