My 93 yr old dad was admitted to the hospital with a kidney stone, pneumonia and was septic. Dr Malenfant was his doctor for the infectious disease issue. However, he stepped in and helped us with being the contact for all of his medical and social work issues, and getting him referred to inpatient rehab, when the regular staff at St Mary’s were pretty unresponsive. He called everyday with an update, as we live out of state. We can’t thank him enough for his caring support, professionalism and medical care.
