I highly recommend Dr. Rosetti and Harborview Oral and Facial Surgery Center to anyone who needs to have oral surgery. I needed to have my partially impacted lower wisdom teeth removed but had previously been told by another doctor that I had a high risk of nerve damage with standard extraction because of where the roots were, but was not offered another procedure. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Rosetti, and I'm so glad I did! He did a different type of procedure (coronectomy) to mitigate my risk of nerve damage. My procedure was done with local anesthetic and some medication to help me relax (I was not fully sedated). The procedure was very easy, quick and not painful. Dr. Rosetti was very professional and showed that he cared about my comfort and needs before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Rosetti personally called me later that afternoon to check on me and make sure I was doing OK. I had very minimal pain during recovery. Highly recommend this office and doctor!
