The initial nurse who took my vital's was so very kind. She introduced herself, made me feel comfortable and allowed me to speak while she listened with compassion. My wife accompanied me and she too was impressed. Then Dr Patel came in and spent time listening to my concerns and assured me that he and his staff were there to assist me and get me feeling better.
