Dr Ross had throughly reviewed my history, gave me very clear explanation of why I was having pain and went over my options. I agreed ablation was an option but I wanted to learn more about the procedure. Dr Ross answered all my immediate questions then sent me a link to The Cleveland Clinic for me to further study. He was attentive and caring. I have every confidence based on a recommendation from my Internist and my own experience to work with Dr Ross.
