After using multiple urologist services in Pittsfield, Boston and Springfield Dr Ogiste was by far and away the most proficient and caring Urologist I ever used. At the time he was the only Doctor to use the surgical procedure I was looking for. The Doctor himself was a welcome change to one on one information exchange and unlike listened and didn't dictate or try to force me into surgery. The opposite of other Pittsfield Urologist whose approach made me try Boston which disagreed with my Pittsfield diagnosis. Dr Ogiste was personable and initiated contact with me and the first Urologist in Pittsfield to answer my questions directly. I feel the Doctor remembers me when we have follow up appointments. This is a trait which should be all Doctors.
