Dr. Shames was so pleasant! So kind, made me feel comfortable, was not in a rush at all and made sure to answer all of my questions. He even returned after leaving to answer a question I didn't directly ask him, but asked a nurse. Interacting with him through a mask, I expected the experience to be cold and distant, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Goodness, what a pleasant man. I hope he continues as so!
