This man is heaven sent. I originally was admitted to memorial west after going to the ER about 5 times over there. I have been living a nightmare these past few weeks with extreme pain in my shoulder down to my fingers.They were only concerned with trying to discharge me as quick as possible. Before even getting results back for my EMG they were rushing to discharge me they didn’t even give me a MRI on my neck like they were supposed to. I told them I needed my meds before they discharge me they discharge me before I get meds. My pain spikes up so I end up back at ER the same day dying in pain. The doctor at memorial said there’s nothing he can do and sent me on my way dying in pain. I went to bed trembling. Woke up still trembling had my mom take me to HWA. Javier was very nice and the only doctor that actually explained that the pain could be coming from my spine if I am feeling pain in my arm. He gave me IV meds to help with pain and told me I could come back if I am still in pain.
