I had gotten a nagging ingrown toenail that lingered on for 3 months prior to my visitation to see Dr. Kaufman. I was no stranger to the operation as I have had it done before at a different podiatrist, in which I passed out for the first time in my life due to pain. I expressed my past experience and concern with the Doctor and his assistant (both were very professional and caring), and they ensured that I experienced no pain throughout the whole process. I very highly recommend Dr. Kaufman and OAA for this matter for their professionalism, level of care, and medical expertise. I cannot thank the Dr. enough!
