Dr. Phelps cares about his patience and he enjoys helping others and it shows! I feel safe with him and he doesn't scare me like most doctors do. The man is wonderful and they don't come any better than Dr. Phelps! Thank you Dr. Phelps for helping me get through the tough times! You are the best of the best!!
