I had a complicated case as a result of a 12 year cancer fight. Lots of steroids during my treatment led me to develop avascular necrosis in my femoral head and a hip that needed replacement. I consulted 4 of the top orthopedic surgeons in Los Angeles and he was the only one that listened, checked and double checked the AVN, and took my potential side effects seriously. Dr. Lieberman operated on me 13 days ago and it went extremely well. They held my hand for the lead up to surgery and Dr. Lieberman was able to work a miracle and do 2 surgeries in just 1. Grateful to him, his scheduler Nancy and his lieutenant, Karen, who made everything so simple. I spent just one night at Keck Hospital - as you can imagine w 12 years of cancer treatment, I have seen the inside of far too many hospitals - and the hospital was perhaps the best I have been at. Giant thumbs up for Dr. Lieberman and he has a very clever sense of humor that my husband and I appreciated.
