I recently had an episode with what I felt was an active kidney stone. I did not have a Urologist or PCP so I called and was worked in the next day. Everyone I met in this practice was very pleasant and professional. A very special shout out to Brielle, Dr. Heintz nurse for taking time to call me and get my medical history the afternoon before to speed up the process upon my arrival, and also for being very pleasant and personable the morning of my appt. Dr. Heintz was very prompt, kind and courteous as well. He ordered a Stat CT Scan and even though it was a Friday afternoon and their office closed at noon, he called me personally to go over the results! This is a prime example of a PROFESSIONAL medical office that genuinely cares about their patients. You are not just a number, which has unfortunately become the norm in todays everchanging world of healthcare. Being a healthcare professional myself, I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone in need of a Urologist.
