Dr. Karnani is the best PCP I've encountered in a long time. Genuinely caring, matter-of-fact, informed - she knows her stuff. We accomplished a lot during my preventative care visit and she kept things moving while still being thorough in getting my medical history. She explained why she recommended one medication over another in a way that was clear and easy to understand without talking down to me. She even recommended vitamin brands and where to save money in purchasing them.
