My 6 year old ended up having an IV sedation for her dental needs. Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry hires CRNA's to oversee the anesthesia. This allows the dentist to focus on the work itself and significantly lower the risk of the surgery. The CRNA monitored my daughter the entire time. We observed another patient having to be rescheduled because they snuck some candy during the no eat zone - for their safety. The Dr. was great and called us to check on her in the evening.
