Dr. Charles was phenomenal while caring for my loved one (LO) yesterday. He was energetic, compassionate, and kind to all of us in the room. He listened carefully to a complex history, taking notes. He clearly communicated his plan and the reasons for it. He looped in my LO's other specialists to make sure he had the right information and their opinion. He returned with the results quickly and communicated what we all needed to know. He then gave my LO the dignity of making their own choice about some things. All in all, I'm just disappointed He isn't a primary care dr so my LO could always get that kind of care, compassion, and clear communication.
