We see PA Tiffany by choice. I have nothing bad to say about the providers, nurses, or most of the front desk staff. However, I have had 2 phone calls with April in the Mansfield office at the front desk and she makes it a point to argue or be contrary. In this day and age, not only is Exceptional Customer Service a must, but creating an Exceptional Patient Experience is even more important in order to create Lifetime customer relationships. This is an area of Opportunity for April-1 Star!
