I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The only negative thing I can say about this 98N location is the clientele can be pretty low class at times. I've had appointments where everyone in the waiting room looked classy and professional and then others where the patients waiting looked sickly & homeless. On one of those visits I witnessed some ghetto trash "woman" berating the staff who were working feverishly to cater to her and it was all I could do to hold my tongue. *Reminder treat others the way you would like to be treated!* My appointments here are always timely. I've been seen here at least 5 times now and never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. Every Nurse Practitioner or Doctor I've seen have been very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have another appointment next Saturday and will continue being seen here since my experiences have been overall great.
