Today was my first visit to Dr. Best, and I’m so glad I had the chance to be treated by him, especially since my situation required urgent attention. His office manager, Jessie, listened and was so kind to fit me into his busy schedule, and the entire experience could not have been better, or more enjoyable.It’s clear that Dr. Best cares deeply about his patients - he took time to get to know me, to share about himself, and to simply explain what he felt were the appropriate steps to take to give me immediate relief and achieve a great outcome. He’s a true professional, and he’s got a gift for putting you at ease, and making you as comfortable as possible, especially when he starts getting to work on the situation. In a day where many doctors seem pressed for time, and may come across as a bit transactional, I felt that Dr. Best truly loves what he does, and genuinely cares about those he serves.
