My family is new to the area. My son previously had orthodontic work elsewhere. Recently a wire on his top retainer came loose, so we were searching the area for an orthodontist office to repair it. After many phone calls hearing office policy is not to touch a retainer another office put on, I reached Dr. Summers’ office. From the start, they were very positive, welcoming, and said they be happy to help my son. They even offered to see him the next morning, a time when they usually do not schedule patients. Once there, we were greeted warmly, my son’s retainer quickly fixed, and given a very fair bill. This issue should to be a very honest, positive, and professional place. I highly recommend them!
