Great bedside manner. Took his time with my mother. Errored on the side of caution of not opting to do surgery based on the fact of my mother being elderly, that the injury to knee cap had already started to heal, and the fracture, slightly not in alignment, was within perimeters to allow proper function of the knee when healed.
