Remember when Doctors used to to look at you when they spoke with you and could even show emotion with a smile? Before they got computers and where focused on the patient in the room instead of away in the PC? Dr Reitsema gave me that experience in the ER yesterday. He restored my hope that maybe just maybe there is an new group of physicians being redirected to the care of being present to the patient instead of being absorbed in the technology which of course neglects the whole face to face
