Dr. Hong is attentive and appears to be skilled in his field. He performs the exams himself and explains what is going on, making me feel comfortable. He is definitely working hard, as he doesn't rely on automated diagnostics. He uses a machine for a couple of tests, but the rest are old school, and he even does the math (calculating the prescription powers) right in front of you.
