I had the opposite experience that whoever left the last review did. Dr. Burgan was fantastic from start to finish. I never had any issues with him or his team. He took the time to understand my concerns because my father had surgery previously and had a bad experience so he made sure I did not have the same problem. They even put electrodes on my head to monitor my brainwaves while I was under for my thyroid surgery to make double sure that I wasn't experiencing the same difficulties my dad had
