Scheduling was very easy. The staff was courteous. Dr. Faggard's nurse is very nice and cordial. Has a nice bedside manner! Dr. Faggard was nice and listened to my complaints and problems. I feel he did what was needed to rule out or identify what is causing my issues. All in all I was pleased.
