Saw Dr. Kellogg every 3 months for 7 yrs. A great listener! He never rushed, took meticulous notes at every appt to document my conditions, always treated me with compassion, and truly cares about his patients. I was not just another number to him - he even remembered my family's health problems & would ask every time how they were. He treated me with a balance of care & compassion to help my physical symptoms like autoimmune disease & fibromyalgia pain, and he did his best to alleviate my severe anxiety/PTSD and serious insomnia - symptoms that made my physical diseases much, much worse. He calmly saw me through two cancer diagnoses in my 30s along with my Oncologist, and Dr. Kellogg supported me immensely. Now that he left Shepherdstown, I am having a hard time finding a doctor this as compassionate as he is. Finding one that understands that I have very real pain and struggles that i deal with every day. If you want a compassionate & knowledgeable doc, Dr. Kellogg is the one!
