I was so very impressed with his presence in the room. We had nice conversation about some of our favorite things that Life in Wisconsin brings to us like Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon. When we focused on the procedure he looks you right in the eyes and you are immediately put at ease that he knows what he is doing. He has a charming way with people and brought my wife of 22 yrs. through the procedure with absolute precision.
