Simply stated, i went.to see the Dr for heart related issue. However, he offered me weight loss program. Naturally and without his "shakes" to aid I lost 95 lbs ( and kept most if it off) in just about a year. He kept me focused He told me I would "be easy and it was . In my every 3 week appointments I never gained weight. Dr Seder gave me my life back after DECADES of being well over 300lbs
