I can't say enough about the top-notch service and exceptional customer care we received during my son's recent braces installation. What could have been a daunting experience turned into an unforgettable one, thanks to the amazing team at the office. The staff genuinely cares about their patients, and their thoughtful touches, like the fun sneaker décor and transparent communication, truly made a difference.Before the procedure, the staff kept in touch, making sure we felt informed and prepared. Dr. Wing even followed up with us later that evening to check on my son, which we really appreciated. They provided adorable kits to handle any situation and were ready with orthodontic mouth guards so he wouldn't miss a catch in sports.Everything is wrapped up in a payment plan that's manageable, making it easy to put my trust in such a caring team.
