I suffered a pelvic injury playing basketball at the local JCC. I was rushed to the hospital skeptical that I'd ever play again. Fortunately, I was admitted to the ER when this wonderful, caring, gentle, patient,and virtuous Dr. Feden was still on the clock. He attacked my injury with an almost reckless abandon. He gave me hope, telling me stories of NBA greats like Moses Malone and Hersey Hawkins. The orthopedic MD I later saw stated that Dr. Feden probably saved my career and my marriage.
