I saw Dr Finkelstein several times for an ongoing ent problem. I had seen another doctor for this problem who didn’t listen when I told him what I thought caused the problem. Well, Dr Finkelstein agreed with me and fixed what was wrong. I’ll never forget Dr Finkelstein saying, “Of course you’re right.” Dr Finkelstein is friendly and treated me as a person and not just a billing unit. He should get an extra sixth star for his “humanity.”
