He is more of a manager of dental offices now and no doubt teaches new methods to other dentists. My Hygienist is wonderful! However there is a large turnover in dentists in recent years. Four of my dentists left in about 1 - 2 years. Previously, I had the same dentist for 25 years. So you may want to be prepared for that.
