Dr. Kaplan did my wife's cataract surgery 9 years ago and did mine this January and March. He is an absolute professional, gentleman, wonderful physician and to top it off....a nice person. Also, he is part of the best medical practice I ever went to. When I call for an appointment they always accommodate me. It always amazes me that if I have a 10:00 appointment, I am called in at 10:00 or 10:05 at the very least. No where ever does any doctors office run on time like Dr. Kaplan's office. I am greeted cordially when I check in, am escorted in to the exam room by a pleasant assistant and have the pre exam done by an efficient pleasant nurse. When Dr. Kaplan finally enters the exam room, he always greets me by name and makes me feel like a person rather than a number. While he examines me he explains all that he is doing and explains his findings in detail. What more can you want in a doctor......Nothing !!! Your devoted patient, John A. Misa
