Dr. Polgar has been my primary care physician for many years. He was also my husband's physician as well as his Hospice Care physician prior to his passing in 2021. In my opinion, Dr. Polgar is the ultimate example of a physical. He devotes ample time during an office visit for questions, concerns as well as conversations on one's over all health and well being. His compassion and dedication is like no other physician I have ever experienced in my 67 years( of course, I was a child for 18 of these years)! He has checked on my husband as well as myself when times were difficult as a friend and physician. I truly wish I had the words to express my gratitude and love for all the devotion and care he gave my husband and myself all these years. He as well as all the devoted staff at Mountain Medical Arts in Burnsville, NC. are the most amazing medical professionals I have ever known. I thank you over and over again for all you did and have done for myself as well as my husband.
