Dr. McConnell replaced 2 cervical discs in my neck. During the surgical consult, he never pushed for a specific direction. He laid out the options and explained the pros and cons of each. I ultimately chose to proceed with disc replacement surgery, and I'm glad I did. Once I made my choice, he made me feel confident in my decision. Since having surgery, my recovery has gone faster than I could have imagined, and the pain I had experienced for a year has disappeared. I appreciate Dr. McConnell's candor and laid-back approach, and it's clear that he is a skilled and trustworthy surgeon.Some additional context: Prior to seeing Dr. McConnell, I had done the same research that I assume you are doing now by seeing ratings and reading reviews.
