I am the involuntary patient mentioned in previous comments. Dr. Sankoff's quick actions, levelheadedness and effective emergency efforts kept me alive until EMTs were able to arrive on scene. Stents were put in place but his actions alone are entirely responsible for my lack of brain damage and additional heart damage. The greatest evidence of his superior work is the fact that I am still alive and able to make these comments. If I could make a higher recommendation I would do so.
