Dr. Shaefer spends the time to address the need. His only fault is that in spending time with his patients, he often gets backed up. Wait time at an appointment can sometimes be an hour. That said, having recent need of an emergent appointment, I am thankful he got me in and spent the time needed to address the problem. Very knowledgable; always looking to better treatment; very friendly.
