Both of my children have had Dr. Kwong as their pediatrician since birth, and absolutely everything about her has been 5 stars since day one of this 6 year-relationship (and counting). She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and caring. She truly knows my children, and takes the time to listen, makes sure we know we are understood, and responds as a human being and mother backed by a depth of medical knowledge and experience. She is frank about when to be cautious, and when to relax. We have dealt with her in a wide range of circumstances, from routine check-ups and sick visits to bloody injuries and neurological conditions requiring coordination with specialists. We have absolute confidence in her nuanced judgment, which has at times differed from that of others, because she has proven to be right time and time again. My kids love her, and they get excited when we tell them they will go see Dr. Kwong. She's set them up to have a positive attitude toward going to the doctor!
