Her depth of knowledge in oncology and the proper selection of a treatment plan are evident. She is very pro-active in making sure that the treatment plan is specific to the disease being treated and to the person's drug tolerance. She knows what tests are indicative and doesn't over prescribe tests. She is very caring about the patient's level of pain and she listens intently and immediately acts on any new information from the patient.
