Dr Carter was one of the attending physicians during my rehabilitation with Winchester Medical Center Rehabilitation in July - August 2023. She was wonderful! Her bedside manner was incredible. Visits never felt rushed. Dr Carter engaged in a discussion, allowing opportunities for questions and answers. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing the services of a physiatrist.
