Dr. Bahner has a very caring and calming manner. Nurse Phyllis is an asset to her team before and after, simply charming! Both answered my questions thoroughly. Only negative is that I did not receive any after the procedure day after "how are you doing" phone calls, nor any calls on the results. I had to call and ask for my results.
