Genuine interest in our kids. We love how even well child checks feel like she is fully engaged and not glossing over stuff. We are a diverse family, and she has never once acted the slightest blip awkward or condescending about that... the lived experience of people like us is not always great when navigating the medical system, but it is great with her.
