The wait time was only 15 min. The visit was 15 to 20 min for a COMPLETE physical. They have a ONE STOP SHOP. Lab and Radiology is ON SITE. Thank goodness as their patients do not have to truck all across town to get labs and xrays done. Very friendly and professional, competent staff . Very clean facility. They are very organized. Easy to get an appointment. Website is very user friendly. How ever they do need to have the new patient forms uploaded so they can be filled out on line. We have no issue in getting results or having her medications ordered. It is easy .As a Retired Critical Care RN and seeing how the healthcare delivery system here needs a MAJOR overhaul, I am glad to have Dr Avena as my and my elderly Moms PCP. I feel at ease and secure that we both will be well taken care of.
