After weeks of seeing her primary doctor and getting nowhere, I brought my daughter to ER where Dr. Ekkens saw her. She was kind and professional and ran a series of tests on my daughter which showed that she had cancer. She was extremely concerned for my daughter's comfort during the tests and had her transferred to DeVos Children's Hospital. I am so thankful to Dr. Ekkens for taking the time to thoroughly look into my daughter's pain and for being so considerate of her.
