When I first met her, she seemed cold but I wasn't her regular patient so she may have been having a bad day. I needed an emergency csection at 30 weeks. She acted quickly and saved both me and my son. In follow up appointments, she was so nice and patient. I obviously read her wrong and/or she was just a human having a bad day when we first met. She is excellent. Her nurse is also excellent. Wish she still delivered at Mercy though, only reason I need a new doctor :( I trust her 1000%.
