I walked into the office at New Image feeling pretty beat down about myself. I was kindly greeted at the front desk by Nick and he quickly got me checked-in. The lobby was very clean and upscale with a plush seating area. I wasn't in the lobby very long before I was given a mini tour of the office and taken to my room. The room was very clean. Both Kara and Dr. King were super down-to-earth and they offered a very safe and comfortable environment for me to air my concerns about the changes I've
