Dr. Kraker is so good at what she does! She honors your past but works in the present. Not only do I find this style of therapy to be far more helpful, it's also not unnecessarily upsetting. I've had a few therapists over the course of my life and some are too drawn to dwelling in the past which makes it awfully difficult to move forward. She is approachable & pleasant and I always look forward to my sessions.
