I live in Charlotte, but spend lots of time in Boone as well. I unfortunately needed emergency care during my time in Boone and was treated by Dr Stoeber at Watauga Medical ED. My experience was better than anything I could have hoped for. I was very sick and Dr Stoeber accurately diagnosed and treated me.... with professionalism, kindness, and compassion. In my follow up appts with Charlotte doctors, it was expressed that my early treatment by Dr Stoeber was key to my quicker-than-expected recovery. I rarely write reviews, but she deserves all the kudos I can give! Thank you, Dr Stoeber, for your care and expertise. I am grateful!!!
